Introduction

Cabital provides its services (deposit fiat, transfer and check balance etc) to partners and partners' customers by Cabital Connect. Partners can provide seamless on&off ramp experience to customers through API and Widget. ​ Cabital provides each function to partners through API or Widget and partners can choose which one to do based on needs.

First of all, partners and Cabital have to link customers' accounts on both platforms in order to make sure accounts are used by the same persons. After successfully linking accounts, Cabital needs to process and match KYC to confirm identities. Finally, customers can transfer on both partners' and Cabital's platforms.

Setting of customers' accounts

Cabital is a fully compliant platforms, so we process KYC to new customers. After passing KYC and account connection, customers can access all services provided by Cabital Connect.

A complete account connection may be either one of the following condition:

  • The account is successfully linked (Linked)
  • The account is successfully linked (Linked) and KYC information on both sides is matched (Matched)

Why is there a difference?

Depending on the requirements and scenarios of partners, the conditions of account connection will be slightly different.

Partners' customers need to have accounts on Cabital and link them:

  • Account Link: One-to-one, many-to-one
  • OIDC: Use OpenID Connect (OIDC) to integrate Cabital's service. (not recommended, please contact Cabital)

KYC

Cabital is a fully compliant platforms, so we process KYC to new customers. After passing KYC, customers can access all services provided by Cabital Connect.

There are two ways to complete KTC efficiently:

KYC Acceptance (Submit info of customers)

​ Cabital provides KYC Acceptance in order to optimize user experience, accepting for partners to upload info of customers in advance and then save time for customers to fill in when register for Cabital. ​ After passing KYC, customers will be matched by Cabital. Customers can access all services supported by Cabital Connect when finishing KYC and KYC match.

KYC Match (Submit KYC Match)

​ If partners do not integrate KYC Acceptance, can still submit info of customers by KYC Match. Cabital will match them after customers finish KYC. ​

KYC Match is not mandatory for each partner

Some platforms allow customers to transfer without KYC Match. Please contact Cabital for more details.

OTP (2FA) Setting

Cabital asks customers to provide OTP when they want to transfer in order to protect their accounts and secure trades. ​

Deposit and convert

Allow customers deposit fiat, transfer crypto from other wallets to Cabital's account. For the fiat and crypto supported by Cabital, please refer to Support Currency List.

Transfer

Direct Debit

Initiated by partners. Transfer to partners' accounts from customers' Cabital accounts. Apply to deposit or consume on partners' account.

Direct Credit

Initiated by partners. Transfer to Cabital's accounts from partners' Cabital accounts. Apply to withdrawal, refund, or giving rewards on partners' account.

Transfer Debit

Initiated by customers. Transfer to partners' accounts from customers' Cabital accounts. Cabital will deduct after confirming with partners.
